You may be interested to know that John Ismiddle from York appears to post some very concerning topics which if they appeared on this forum would be hidden, deleted etc etc and for him being a moderator I am oncerned that anyone should listen or read anything into his comments/quotes.. they are certainly in bad taste....

As Mark has said NUMEROUS times - nothing is made public by the club until all signatures have been gained.

Webbo/Volc/Basil whatever he wants to go by should know that making statements of "I know can I say" is not the way Tubbs likes things done.

Several people have been in conversation with Mark and know info that "does not go past the four walls of the office" until he says so, so why can't some keep quiet?

Why cant folks use some bloody intelligence and respect Tubby's wishes if they think they know something..

I was in the office with 8 others when a situation was discussed last week, and I know every single person there has kept stum..... what's the matter with some...are they after Brownie Points?

Looks like no-one associated with Supporters Club is informed of any goings on and all children of directors

are kept in the dark......

We know that Mark will say what needs saying when it needs saying and not before ...

What have i speculated over??!! I know nothing about this!! Someone has been on here and said the club has signed Richie Barnett and I've asked which one as I am aware there are two RL players called Richie Barnett!! As far as I was aware, one was long retired and the other had packed up for injury or something, so found it a little bizarre. You're getting a little bit beyond a joke now.

I don't know who has been party to sensitive info but no one I know mentioned any names prior to the posting by John Ismiddle. To be honest I don't care what John Ismiddle or anyone else posts on other forums and I'd expect the mods to remove any offensive or libelous posts from this site. He may have access to sources of information but I doubt that that is anyone associated with the club passed this info on.

Basically he made a comment about who it could be and people responded and as M7 points out the 37 YO has been retired quite a while and although he was a good player in his day I doubt that he could make a comeback even if he wanted to.

I could have speculated last leek after the radio comment and said Gibbo or Richie Barnett - I chose not to in case I was totally wrong or totaly right! But the info I was was just pure guesswork

If Hallam FM mentioned that they were interested in signing a Radio presenter that was perhaps looking for work and had Radio 2 experience. Would we be wrong in speculating Jonathon Ross?

And if there were more than 1 would we be wrong in edging our bets towards the limp haired lisping presenter?

Mind you it could be Sir Terence.

Internet forums are akin to pub chats, or 'saloon bar moanings' if you want the exact phrase. Anyone who thinks otherwise should probably log off for a while.

Oh and brummie - you're wrong. Albert Rosenfeld was incensed by the merger and has decided to put his boots on for one final season!
