Parading a Trophy - 1982 Style

Just found this photo I took in 1982, over 33 years ago, yoiks!  It's taken from the Watersheddings pitch as the team were parading the old Second Division trophy they'd just received.  I think it's Andy Goodway + maybe somebody Nicholls(?) holding the cup, something I'm hoping to see the modern day team doing again really soon

 

Anyway, if your support of the club goes that far back, maybe you can spot yourself or someone you know in the crowd.

By the way, if we win the league, when will the presentation be made? Oxford?

I hope so.  All depends on the result of the Swinton game.  Win that, beat Oxford, no-one can catch us so give us the trophy.  If we don't beat Swinton, it's mathematically possible that Keighley could catch us so we'd have to wait.

Don't remember the game (too young, I was 6 at the time). I live on the same street as Adrian Alexander (Alex). Would've loved to have been there as the atmosphere looked brilliant.
