In all the time you have been waving the banner for a return to licensing and to me it seems you do favour 'to hell with anything below SL, they are non entities give everything to SL' what you fail to do is tell is in your opinion how you see the game as a whole responding and its future propects in its entirety should we return to licensing.

My opinion is that it will have an adverse effect, there are a lot more considerations other than all the SL Chairmen voting for an increased handout and some of them who could be effected voting for the security blanket of no relegation, that could be why - I hope - that no announcement has been made.
