I'm not sure. It would tie in with the ground work done with other community projects and engagement with primary schools in those areas. Community engagement is the only way a club like the Bears can survive long term

Likely to be because deprived areas have less access to sporting facilities and sports training so any 'charitable' funding isn't usually for, "people who really could do this anyway but are too lazy" but "opportunities for people who otherwise wouldn't have them".
