I think Halton and Parata have played themselves into a shirt over the two games. It's a good problem to have. For what it's worth I'm going. I would have thought Ferres was nailed on but missing the friendlies raises doubts for me.

Hall

Blackmore, Welham, Minns, Gale

Holmes, Chisholm

Kopczak, Jones, Harrison

Halton, Day

Lockwood

Parata, Bussey, Ferguson, Davies

interesting thoughts on who should play on sunday having watched oldham and batley  I have no worries about team selection  I think anybody picked will step up to the plate and make FEV the team to beat having said that I would like to see minns and welham play together and hopefully junior and brett will be on the bench to use the cup  as their pre-season before push for SL starts

That's pretty much how I'd go given neither Ferres or Moors have played in pre season (and in the case of Moors, may not be available yet anyway).

Only change I'd make is to the bench, where I'd replace Davies with Hardy, to offer cover at centre and second row.
