I should imagine very few people could afford to attend both sports today, that would be a very expensive couple of hobbies, and I am not talking just the match ticket prices.

The season ticket holders around me at BWFC are, at the very least, regular attendees at their preferred RL club, if not season ticket holders. Particularly worth noting that, when averaged match by match, it is significantly cheaper to buy a season ticket at Bolton these days than it is Leigh, and this is already quite noticeable in how many teenagers are travelling from Leigh for BWFC games bearing in mind the last decade has been at best largely disastrous.

Well there you go Matt, one learns something everyday.

Nor surprised that it would be cheaper though, that should be the case for all football admission prices compared to the quality of the two sports😎

I can go back to the 1950s and up to the 1970s I would say the main football areas in Leeds started at Armley worley etc Holbeck Beeston all east Leeds York road.  Rugby had Bramley ,Kirkstall road ,Burley ,Woodhouse etc Rugby in south Leeds Dewsbury road Hunslet Belle Isle . That all changed as people moved around the city . I go on a Leeds United forum and I've noticed it's the outoftowners that are anti RL .By that I mean Leeds United fans from RL towns . The fans who have ties to Hunslet object to Rhinos fans singing MOT ,but that's ok. All in all I would say people who were born n bred in the city nowadays like to see a team representing Leeds do well whatever the code

Soon we will be dancing the fandango
FROM 2004,TO DO WHAT THIS CLUB HAS DONE,IF THATS NOT GREATNESSTHEN i DONT KNOW WHAT IS.
