The update from Aaron Scholes 10 days ago suggested it has been a slow process - "Chris hasn't been able to do a lot in the last few weeks as we try and let that heal, we need to make sure the spine's healed properly before we can try and get some load into him and get him back on the field", that sounds like he might still be some way off a return.

   Did a disc in my back playing 50 years ago and it still goes 2 or 3 times a year.Takes between 10 to 21 days to heal.Struggle to put socks on when it's bad and kills bending down getting in and out of the car.Wrong position making a tackle most injuries are when you are in front.Hand off into my chest and legs went into the air and the base of my spine hit the deck.Don't mention bad backs to me.
