"GERRUMONSIDE!"

"THEY'VE BEEN DOING IT ALL THE GAME!"

"FORWARD!!"

All part of the fun.

Exactly. If you lose narrowly to a side that you expect to get walloped by you start to look at the things that go against you during the game. It's human nature. A couple of weeks ago York also tested Fev to the limit but their fans were up in arms and quite rightly so of a forward pass that led to a Fev try. The move though was such that had the pass been ok the outcome would have been the same but rules are rules and the touch judge should have pulled it up.What us fans don't do is look for the things that go FOR us in a match and moreover in a season. Fair play though to Barrow they must have put an awful lot of effort into the performance.

Would like to hear the reasoning behind not sin-binning a player for striking an opponent from the officials

Which incident was this?

During 2nd half barrow forced a drop out and bulman and briscoe had a few words which resulted in briscoe slapping bulman away in the face, right in front of the officials. Wasn't a big deal but with how the game is referreed now it was ten in the bin

Have just watched it back on RoversTV. Briscoe fields the ball in his own in-goal, Bulman carries him over the dead ball line, gives him an extra push (though does then grab Briscoe before he hit the perimter fence), Briscoe pushes him back on the shoulder (and it's clearly the shoulder not the face). The very definition of handbags, there was nothing in it at all.

One thing that didn't seem to get much attention  - we had a rare sighting of a 20-40 in this game (from Ryan Johnston I think), cracking kick, there have been so few of them since that rule came in that I've seen anyway.

You could see Kheirallah point out to the ref that the ball went into touch 2m outside Fev's 20m line but he clearly didn't realise where he had kicked it from, it was almost a 20-20 kick never mind a 20-40.
