AEK v Rhodes Knights preview.
Great "battle" with Rhodes Knights

Great game in D.G. St. Anargyron for the Rugby League section of AEK, as on Saturday (09/03, 21:00) it hosts the Rhodes Knights for the 8th matchday of the GRL Championship. The Champions count 4 consecutive victories and want to reach the 5th with which they will largely "lock" the qualification to the Final. Of course, the opponent is a very strong team that counts only victories, but the "yellow and black" have properly prepared for the big "battle".

Everyone expects the support of the sports fans who are invited to fill the stadium.

The "Two-Headed" team consists of: Papa, Dermetzis, Tarousia, Loukakis, Lazaris, Rodriguez, Fusom, Alefragki, Vats, Mavragani, Nganga, Velissaris, Kakouri, Kalderis, Onianko, Keskini, Petrov, Tsianika.

Christos Loukakis told aek.gr: "The championship is coming to an end, as there are 2 matches left and we are facing the Rhodes team, one of the strongest teams in the group that is at the top of the table and will be the one team that will be in the final of the championship. We have managed to turn around the negative start of the season and are one win away from participating in the final. This shows how important this game is to us! It is the last important home game and we would like to end it ideally by celebrating a win against a very good team with our people who support us in every effort and are always by our side. This is what we want to happen this Saturday with the potential of being present, as our strength will always be our people."
