That ties in with my 1st screenshot although I couldn't see anything related to us on page 2150 of the link you posted (was about leisure corridors, canals mainly) so searched and found the stuff about the land use change.

It's page 2145 L and apparently

There's also an interesting section on page 2050 (that's the actual document page number rather than the pdf page number which is 2055) regarding land to the north east of J32 of the M62....
