A sensible approach and one that has to be applauded, I hope it all goes well for them and they can grow organically - I think that is the phrase used these days, develop their own players, engage with the local community and get a few people to watch them, just like we used to do in the old days.

They've done particularly well just to finish the season, given the dire straits they were in at the start. And the fact they've made a bit of money is almost unprecedented. Huge congratulations to all involved, and hopefully to a brighter and more competitive future.
