Good luck to the lad. It's not everyday that Wigan come along offering a contract.

I somehow feel quite deflated about this and think its the first bit of negative news to come out of the club since the takeover.

I also feel that it is now time to, bring back some positives, by starting to name the "exciting players" we are alleged to have signed already for next season. Dudson and Milner are no doubt very good players but for me don't have the wow factor I was expecting. I hope the claims of signing exciting players was not exaggerated and that they will be named in the very near future.
