I really like the tie in if Roosters with the Air Force. The jumper looks great.

What I don’t understand is how the Rabbits would miss such a trick to go with the Navy, when their green and red colours fit so well with the green infantry uniform of the Army and the red of the poppy. I think a full infantry green uniform (Jersey, shorts and socks) with red piping in places would look great.

I understand clubs have to emblazon a main sponsor on the front, but I usually find the big logo spoils the design. Weirdly the Roosters one somehow fits in okay.

Yes the sponsor on the Roosters shirt is unobtrusive. I think Roosters have played in a similar strip as some sort of third strip before.

I cant bear those strips that have ‘scenes’ on them, I would never wear one, let alone buy one.

I was at valleys v wests, the big derby in the BRL today….just a straight forward last post ceremony, minutes silence then kick off. Much prefer that to the elaborate military parade type stuff. Showing respect for the fallen and veterans without extending it for 20-30 minutes.

I liked the Panthers one but the Cowboys looked great

110 years on from the 3rd Brigade’s landing at Anzac Cove, the North Queensland Cowboys 2025 Defence Jersey pays tribute to their role in WWI. A bold pastel blue reflects their legacy as Australia’s Armoured Amphibious Brigade.
