HUDDERSFIELD GIANTS are letting both Adam Clune and Tui Lolohea depart at the end of this season.
The experienced halfbacks are off-contract and their exits clear the way for further change at the club.
Jake Arthur has already been signed from Hull FC to be one of their first-choice playmakers, while Oliver Leyland is expected to be retained as back-up.
Kieran Rush, who can play in the halves or at hooker, is also being let go as part of the clearout in that department.
Kruise Leeming and Jeylan Hodgson have been signed from Wigan Warriors and Goole Vikings respectively to compete with established nine Zac Woolford.
Alongside Arthur, Leeming and Hodgson, Huddersfield have announced a fourth new signing of the week with Warrington Wolves’ Jordan Crowther penning a three-year deal.
Crowther, who has more than 200 career appearances to his name having started out with Wakefield Trinity, is the second addition to their forward pack for next season – when the Giants will play in Dewsbury – after Gold Coast Titans prop Jaimin Jolliffe.
Andy Kelly, Huddersfield’s director of rugby, said of Crowther: “He will add a different dimension to the middle and be a great addition on and off the field.”
Huddersfield have also confirmed the upcoming departure of centre Taane Milne, plus youngsters Monty Lumb, Tom Hardy and Zach Brown.
The Giants say they remain in discussions with French pair Mathieu Cozza and Tanguy Zenon on their futures.
