I've just spent 2 hours in town and my b*llocks are frozen lol. If they do play heated jock straps are recommended. Not only that it is now snowing (and settling) here (S11)

Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday

Surely if it has taken 35 minutes then there is quite a bit of doubt there to say call it off?

You'd think so, but like I say, they're trying to get the game on at all costs.

Last year we played Hunslet(?) at home midweek after the original game was postponed, the pitch was just about solid at half time but they played on as we couldn't get the ground at any other time laugh.gif it's a joke, I know...

It's fair enough but you have to think of player safety.. the speccy safety if the forecast is heavy snow?

You can tell they're worried ... laugh.gif

Snow itself isn't a problem,as long as it's not very deep.. It's soft to fall on. If it's snowing, though, that's a problem because the lines get covered.

It's just started snowing here, about 10 minutes drive from the ground, all be it very lightly.

I work at St Lukes and earlier on, it was very mild indeed. It's looking a bit grey and snow looking is the sky now.

If somebody would be so kind to do Score Updates and Team Sheet etc would be great. One of the problems living on the continent is getting score updates if not on the Radio
