Toulouse's unwillingness or inability to pay its players a decent wage (I was told that Wynn is on a wage of 2000 euros a month) and Lezignan's willingness to do so, may well lead to such an exit.

2000 euros a month,for playing infront of approx 1500 spectators each week is pretty good - the alternative is to go bust.

There's talk that Greenshields contract will be extended by another year. Hope so.
Seems that Salford's Phil Leuluai will return to France, he played earlier at Limoux, to sign for Lezignan and that N. Wynn's move to FCL is a done deal. I presume he will finish the season off at Toulouse.

Yeah heard Pelo was on his way. Greensheilds will be the main man they need to keep, when he doesnt play they look less effective.

that i would assume is why bathau and gigot on loan deals are either toulouse will try to sign for next year.

Why is that Rugby League is always fighting against the tide? Union gets a 20million deal and League struggles to keep old of a 90,000 euro deal!

Suspected there was something wrong down there. If they have to pull out of the Championship perhaps an Aude team should be given a go in the Championship 2012? They seem to have more money anyway.
Interestingly enough if you look at the RFL's summary of the Toulouse 2009 license application the words "would have to work hard to meet their financial targets" are mentioned.

This is from Wynn's mouth he wanted to stay but, the new contract upgrade did not happen when sponsor pulled out dramas.
