Ian Millward has applied for the post of assistant coach with the Salford City Reds.
Hmm.
With McRae having 12 months to go on his deal, has Millward seen way in through the backdoor to take over as head coach?

Would Millward get a good salary for being assistant at Salford? He was rumoured to be on 100 K a year at Leigh.

Head coach of the best SL teams in the noughties to assistant of one of the worst SL clubs of the noughties. That's a bit of a fall from grace!
