Without disclosing their names can we find out why their offers have gone no further. Have they been put on one side ? Were they within the conditions of bids?

So what is the alternative. The land is an asset and needs using properly. Various ways of doing it so lets see what develops. If Mark hadn't made the bid where the heck would we have been?

Lets not prejudge him. Lets save judgement until we see what he does. I think he is a true Fev supporter in spite of the past.
