I think you would find that if Swinton had their own stadium in the M27 postcode area and not have been traveling nomads for the past 20 odd years they'd be getting crowds nearer the 2000+ also if Oldham moved tomorrow to Boundry Park, Oldham
and signed a long term lease or built a fit for purpose stadium, they'd probably achive crowds of 2000+ pretty quickly.

I think Nottingham plus 5 northern teams to avoid diluting the southern clubs further. Manchester, Blackpool and three others ideally. Lancaster, Liverpool, Preston, Scarborough, Carlisle and Barnsley all seem sensible locations if interest could be tapped up in any of them
So we take the 4 weakest teams that struggle the most at attracting decent crowds and give them some 20 hour round trips to play other sides with little support, that'll work
