  1. The club have acknowledged that things haven't been good enough, and I'm trying to be patient and supportive whilst they try to rebuild, but I don't know how much more of this I can stomach. Aside from Ese'ese and the youngsters there isn't a single player in that team I'd be sad to see go. In fact there are a few that I'd pay good money to never see in a Hull shirt again. Well done London, fully deserved win. This Hull team will go down as one of the very worst teams in SL history.
  2. Great individual effort from Ese'ese. That aside I can't believe how bad we are. So disjointed.
  3. Our attack never seems to get any better. No shape or speed to anything we do. London with their tactics of putting width on the ball definitely look the more dangerous.
  4. Yeah I thought it was off they never even mentioned it. Seemed like a pretty straightforward 8 point try decision to me.
  5. That's my concern, that he is a shadow of the player he was. If he was a model pro you could write it off as "not what he was, but loads of experience, will help the younger players develop, etc." And if he was still a top player you could gloss over his indiscretions. But this seems like worst of both worlds. A potential loose cannon who doesn't offer much on the field any more.
  6. What does he want to look at there really? Plain as day it's a try. Edit. It was a lot more dubious that I thought! Still definitely a try though.
  7. No chance Lewis was scoring there. He was about to get his bells rung if Litten passed it.
  8. So far I've been ok with our recruitment. Asiata, Holmes and Briscoe are all decent signings, and the short term ones all made sense for one reason or another. We needed a few bodies to help support the youngsters who can't do it on their own. This one I'm not happy about. I'm all for second chances and helping people with problems rather that kicking them to the curb. But this guy has got a rap sheet as long as your arm. And on the field he is half the player he was 5 years ago. I havent heard about any recent indesgretions so maybe he has grown up in recent years, I hope so, but either way I'm not thrilled.
  9. A month ago I'd have been very concerned about this one, but we have made baby steps forward whereas London seem to be getting worse. They will be targeting this as probably their most winnable game of the season, but even so, we should have too much for them. Hull by 18
