I think it was a question, not a statement. -
Restructure of Championship and League 1

I would hope that the goal would be A grade and getting to B is just a stepping stone. -
Which club would you invest in?
burnleywelsh replied to Eddie's topic in The General Rugby League Forum
proper investment is the key phrase here.... -
I’ve noticed that. I wonder how the ‘sock sponsors’ feel about that? Having paid out the cash to have their brand on the kit, only to have players roll their socks down. Do they raise that issue with the clubs?

Challenge Cup: Third Round Draw
burnleywelsh replied to Futtocks's topic in The General Rugby League Forum
Is it broadcast live anywhere ? Last draw was. Edited: Just found out. 6.30pm on BBC iPlayer. -
RFL Council gave South Wales the green light, but when it went to the clubs, self interest kicked in again and the clubs voted against. From memory, they folded as the goal was SL or nothing. Players weren’t going to sign for a club playing in the lower leagues.

Went the game as well…….bloody cold wasn’t it. Good game. Haresfinch getting into good positions, but couldn’t finish. Great defence by OSJ though. Orrell deserving the victory. A great turnout to witness it.
