I get that you can’t have a squad of veteran players but equally we are in a position where we need proven players to make an immediate impact. I think this is a good solid signing.

I’m with you mate, classic Trin beating the top of the league & then losing the following week to bottom of the table. I’m never confident going to Huddersfield, regardless of league position.

I suspect a large percentage of Wakey fans would have him back at Trinity in a heartbeat, not so much as a rescue job like last time as this team just isn’t good enough, but to assist with the clear out that looks like it’s already started & get ready for the Championship next year.

He was great for Trinity, partnering Tim Smith in the halves.

I honestly think that we are too far gone this year but I look forward to hopefully a year in the championship with some decent funding & the new stand, it could actually be enjoyable.

I work with a few Leeds fans who are nervous about this but even after Sunday’s debacle they still can’t get it into their heads just how bad this Trinity team is. Leeds to win by god knows how many.
