NZ warriors season ticket holder here and I've got to say the warriors are hard to watch at times. They can play outstanding rugby and then go to sleep for 20mins, albeit they're still competing every game and i think they'll bounce back. As for OP and the second kiwi RL team, it surely has to be Chch, warriors seem to get a good following when they're there and it would make for a great rivalry.

I've heard from people who were supposed to attend the GB tour, that they had been warned about leaving the complex because of the high crime rates and if you were to do so, not to do it without an armed guard... I don't think it warrants watching a game of league.

As a football fan & someone who now lives in Auckland, this doesn't excite me in the slightest. The level of football played in the A-League is lesser than that of the top 4 flights in the UK. Yes, it's definitely a growing sport and I can see the reason for investment but I see this as an investment and nothing else.

I really think it should be 14 teams with 2 up and 2 down every season... bottom of the table automatically down and then play offs for the other team going down... same format in the championship 1st automatically up and then play offs for the remaining space.
