Just seen them say on twitter they are announcing three player signings today at 2,4 & 6, not sure though if that it the time or their squad numbers -

I don't know any more than I read on their social media, I would guess if they haven't announced player signings that tells a tale. -

Don't know, I would think all the players were on one year contracts -

They have announced a couple of assistant coaches, both seem to have no coaching experience, one appears to have refused to have played for his club for a lot of last season and another who hasn't been involved in the sport for several seasons. What happens if the head coach they want to appoint doesn't want these two guys? -

From the draw I have seen Wath Brow might as well be given a bye to the final. -

Not sure but if a team brings in a load of players who are much better than the standard for the league and they start battering other teams the opposition will stop turning up -

They must be paying their new coach a fair sum to tempt him from the NW. He has probably said he can bring players with him. -

They were talking about going into confernece league south but since they couldn't fulfil their games in the western league i doubt they would be allowed in to a higher league -

Maybe though both Worcester and All Golds last three results are 24 0 to the opposition, last game Worcester played was at the start of July with a 60 odd point defeat. Also I saw Bath tweeting yesterday about their game today -

I wonder what is happening to Euro x111s if it is still going to happen as Dean Buchan is running Bath Gladiators now and trying to resurrect Bristol Sonics. All Golds have dropped out of the West League, heard players not happy. Another club with grand designs and big announcements -

I thought I saw that they had gone back to Worcester now, they have had more grounds than games played. they have John Field house as a coaching consultant which I imagine wouldn't be cheap. -

I had heard that Worcester had dropped out of the league which is strange as they had such grand ambitions, their last post on fb is about appointing a general manager -

Throwing/kicking the ball away.
Impartial Observer replied to Saint Billinge's topic in The General Rugby League Forum
It happened in the Leigh Vs Sheffield game on Thursday, there was a knock on, the player re gathered the play and then kicked the ball away, it wasn't dissent but the clock was stopped which allowed water carriers on and the side who had knocked on gained a short rest before having to defend from the scrum. Though you could also argue the team who would now be attacking also had a break so no gain either way. -
Harlequins RL v Warrington Wolves
Impartial Observer replied to ckn's topic in The General Rugby League Forum
He did ok, came on after about 60 mins, took the ball up from acting half back a lot of times, didn't really have a chance in attack. Lee Briers was one of the water carriers and was constanly encourging him, heard Lee had asked to come down with the team and was rooming with Rhys (though I do not know if that was a good or bad thing for Rhys) -
The referee is the sole judge on matters of fact except for touch, touch in goal and kicks at goal which are the jobs of the TJs. The TJ can offer advice as to knock ons, forwards passes, offside etc but it is down to the referee if the advice is taken or not, in most pro games the Match Officials have communication kits so you will not see any signals between the Ref and TJ.

Lee Briers was in the 08 WC qualifiers but I understand his behaviour in the training camp was very poor, allegedly, according to other players in the squad, he stayed up most nights drinking in the bar of the Cardiff Village Hotel though you could say the coaches shouldn't have allowed him to get away with it.
