The rfl should use this to stop all the garbage in the sport, players constantly questioning refs, lineman etc and general lack there of respect throughout the game. They need to stop this before it becomes the norm.

Is it not just that you only have one EGP? So if you haven't used it before (because you thought you weren't guilty) then you can trot it out even after you have been banned?
