To be fair Arundel did nowt last night and was poor at trinity , barrow fans reckon Worthington is a turnstile, maizen is a good centre and Mcoombe has played centre for years Plus you've got young tibbs to come back ?

Maizen and McComb are both wingers, before this season I could count on 1 hand how many games McComb had played centre for us. Tibbs if I am allowed to say it on here excelled in dry conditions last year, anything else and he has looked out of his depth and his tackling needs a lot of work if he is going to make it at this level. I would have Arundel and Worthington in a heartbeat over any of the mentioned players. Releasing both and not replacing them was a crazy decision.

Not sure why the grumbling about dual reg.  Seems like a combination of sour grapes about the result, envy of a club getting something positive out of the arrangement and sadness about needing it in the first place.

Apparently Bradford were down to those 17 players that were picked on the night.  So nobody left out.   The rest had knocks.

It looked to me like Scurr played his normal amount of minutes as he's an impact player.

I don't get the dual reg hate either, its not like we havn't used it this season and why wouldnt you try to bring players in if it means you have more chance of beating your rivals. I hate DR but while it is available to use I am all for my team putting the best team on the field that gives us a chance of winning so I can get my moneys worth in entertainment. I'm not going to whinge because another team does the same. Bradford were far the btter side and probably made harder work of it than they should have given the first 40 minutes.

I agree with this, it's perfectly within the rules to use DR and short-term loans and every club in the division has done it at some point.

I think the thing that has might have got people's backs up though is the fact that Bradford's number one cheerleader/podcaster has been relentlessly campaigning for extra IMG points for those clubs that run academies etc, laudable in itself if you don't think it's motivated by self-interest, but perhaps less convincing if you're going to bring in three or four short-term SL hired guns rather than play those youngsters that you're banging on about.
