Just listened to an interview on Radio York and what a great guy this lad appears to be, his attitude is outstanding and if he continues how he has started we could have a real star on our hands.

Fair comment, but remember he has only played 5 games of Rugby League, so to be actually playing in a championship side is a hell of an achievement at this stage and he is still learning. If you get the chance to listen to the interview you may not be so critical. In an ideal world he would be learning his craft by coming in as a sub or against what may be thought of as easier games but we don’t have the bodies for that luxury, we finished the game yesterday with 12 men on the field.

Remember it was only his second game of pro rugby, give the lad some leaway

In fairness, Brown still had 40 yards to go with a defender closing in on him, it wasn't just a walk in. A few players made soft mistakes, it's unfair to pick on Butterworth who had just made a gerat break
