HHH are at Chiswick RFC.

Chargers - who I haven't travelled to - have their home games listed at the school grounds over the trainline from Chiswick RFC. But you may know more as I always manage to miss our Chargers away fixture for some reason.

I have seen the Chargers a few times at Chiswick RFC - both the main pitch and one of the others when there is a clash with the Union side.  But yes, I think they do move around a bit on demand.
