If I’ve got this correct the bottom two teams in the Championship at the end of this season will be relegated with the winners of League One promoted. The team finishing 12th in the Championship will play off against the winner of the playoffs in League One to be in the Championship next season. So no automatic promotion for the team winning the playoffs. It looks like the team finishing 12th will have a month or so’s rest before playing a team that as played two or three tough playoff games.Hard ask that. Same the season after so to make it 12 teamed in both divisions.

Where have you seen these details? Agree the arrangements for a PO for the last place in championship seem.crazy…but we have come to expect these types of arrangements..

Also involves yet another new club being entered in the league…assuming they can get someone to apply. It would be good to see the conditions to be met by any prospective new entrant.

But not the details of who will host the play off game between championship and div 1 play off winner. 

Suspect it will be the championship team.

It's a fair way to get 2 leagues of 12 but as always with the RFL it's complicated don't take to long to work it out though as promotion shouldn't affect the Hornets looking forward to our Easter Sunday game
