With a second straight appearance in the CC QF's this year, can anyone shed any light on the operations going on down there? Are they a SL side in waiting?

Seem to be much of the Wales national side, so having them in the WSL would be great for club and country.

The sole women’s rugby league team in Wales which has a high standard of women’s players and participation in the other code - they really have open access to very good players. Coached by one-time Wales men’s international Ian Newbury, who in hisself is a good lad and coach.

The women are currently playing out of the university playing fields in the Eastern suburbs of Cardiff - there’s not much touristy down there and despite having a small seated stand it’s right in the middle of residential streets with very little else around it.

A more central and appropriate ground would be required if a men’s L1 team were to come alongside the women.
