York have lost Carrie Roberts and Lacey Owen now plus not sure about Manu the centre.

Tara Jane Stanley isn’t expected to be back until late in the season at best.

Owen is an important signing for Leeds, just gives them a bit more strike power.

i think they're still expecting Manuqalo Komatai to play, she just hasn't been able to train yet. They're hoping the army will move her up north soon. Jazz Rampton will probably replace Lacey Owen.

Also Evie Sexton (2nd row or potential centre) - great prospect. 

PS Yet to get the inside track on Owen's move to Leeds, but I should know more by weekend

Yes , having said in February that she would be taking a break from playing this season.

Manu takes the 4 shirt so maybe moving north with the Army.

that's great news for them. she was very good in the grand final despite not having played for three months
