I can't find anything on either website, why do you think it's 2pm?

In Topic: Mark Aston - Rugby League Police

Surprised to see chairman KN get involved in this, that'll give Aston something else to get stuck into!! Fact is the RFL have, and must still be, bent over backwards to ensure that RL survives in Sheffield, as well as other outposts, without looking after the rank and file (except Bradford of course!!). Had it not been for stalwarts like KN and Mark Sawyer and their board members, if Batley or Dewsbury had experienced severe difficulties, I can guess at the amount of help that would have been forthcoming from the RFL. Aston should think, before letting his mouth run away with him, just how much the RL community has stuck by his club through their many phases and be thankful that chairmen in his particular league allowed his club to use Owlerton last year. AND, as far as the DR problem last year, it was a mistake pure and simple, a fact clearly realised on appeal by the RFL along with the fact that they'd let others get away with it in the past (no excuse I know, Batley, and Doncaster, were lucky, they still broke the rules). It wasn't a case of 'sod it we'll play a few ringers just to rub Astons nose in it', like he appears to believe is the case when anything doesn't run as he wants.

Would you please explain what the RL community has done for Sheffield?

Only one club, Barrow, voted to allow the re-formed Sheffield Eagles into the League in 1999, all the other Clubs would have allowed them to disappear!

Currently our friends at Doncaster are our landlords until the new stadium is finished, which will provide some cracking double headers.

I await with interest your examples of assistance from the community.

you ain!t got any seats. pity you have no stadium didnt any ground in sheffield want you. surely theres a spare playing field that could accomidate your few supporters? get a stadium of your own.

If you would like to ask your question in English I'll have a stab at answering it!

Which club do you support?
