Musically they are very good indeed, you may not enjoy what they do, but they are anything but sh!te. I think it's great that one of the biggest rock groups of this century is even vaguely aware that RL exists and the RFL should be using Morans contacts to try and promote the game where possible.

For me, seeing Great Britain win the Ashes in a 3 match series against Australia would be right up there with anything. I'd much rather have that than England win a tri-nations or World Cup for example.

I'm sure the York City Knights would be more than willing, would be a great advert for the game, (Old) York vs New York. As long as someone pays for it of course.

Doncaster v York in 2003 when the posts fell down at half time. Not having any luck getting them back up there was an announcement over the tannoy "If anyone has a hack saw and some allen keys could they please make themselves known to a steward". They managed to get them back up after about 30 minutes but they were about 6 foot shorter.

There's a wedding booked at the rugby club on the same day. That'll be a right laugh will that. How amateurish can you get, the only facility this "ground" has is the bar and it's going to be over-run with wedding guests. You couldn't make it up.
