I find it bizarre to pick Ratchford out, he's the best defensive Fullback we have and never lacks effort, attacking he holds on to the ball to much, but in an underperforming team he's been much better than most.

The game was close and tense at least. Neither side seemed to have any sort of attacking shape or plan though. Williams still looks like he needs to be introduced to the other Warrington players. Widdop at full back is utterly baffling, Ratchford, Thewlis, Ashton, Matoutia are all better options

If the team offended against is still losing at 80 mins, play the extra seven minutes to see if they can claw it back

I enjoyed that game - a real good contest from start to finish. Levi, Lino, Kay Jowitt, Yates, and Fages were great. Murphy also looks a talent. Fifita and Lynne are a lot better running straight and hard rather than the rubbish they served up today. I didn't count the crowd or pay much attention to the stuff around the big green rectangle the players were playing on - so no comments on those subjects
