This amused me yesterday The roof of the main stand at Featherstone was leaking on to my foot, at the end of the match the guy in front of me complained that I should have moved my foot as the water had run from my foot and wet his shirt !!

Clarence Road ? The York Ground was Clarence Street with the registered office on the Wigginton Road side of the ground.
