Im currently in sydney...been here since

Tuesday..and cos my body clock is messed up ive been waking up at 4-5am....so what ive been doing is walking down to the star casino to watch super league..hull & cas then kr v saints...and then later on in the day..whether im out at bondi,manly or in the CBD having a schooner or food...the games have been on again on reply....what im saying is they are watching...and watching the dross we're serving up!!

Stevo is kinda right....how players need to step it up!

I would not worry Spud.

Foxtel is on its last legs in Australia due to the amount of new free channels there and Netflix etc.

It may still be in the Pubs and Clubs but I am surprised that they are showing the Super League games from the choices they have.

Only Ex pats will be watching, its all good.

The 10,000 Aussies that got up at 5am last week to watch the WCC live had their worst fears confirmed about the gulf between our games.

 

I love our game but it is nowhere near what is played downunder, half the teams are barely Ipswich Jets quality.

I love how you speak for all Australian RL people when you don't live hear and don't have sweat f all knowledge of our game. 

I'm not an Ex pat but I get up before work every Friday and Saturday to watch SL & enjoy it even if the standard is lower than the NRL.

I've told you many many times it is not my problem you refuse to listen.  All I can do is suggest you purchase a couple of Australian RL history books as all the information you seek is in them (I'm sure you'll still pretend it's all wrong).

When you get those books perhaps you can crawl back under your rock and read them!

How many players from this current squad are locals?

8 Local juniors this year. 9 last year and 12 in 2013

Roosters = 0

Bulldogs since you asked = 1

I never mentioned Canterbury, I said those Dogs at the Roosters.

Will it be 7 next year? seems like you are heading South.

I did not work for Souths.

You see you jump at things that are not facts

Did you think I had a job at Souths Juniors "many Times"

I worked there many times as a contractor, I found it a lovely place except from some patrons.

North Queensland beat Leeds 38-4. Last season they beat Parramatta 46-4 and NZ Warriors 50-16. Does that mean Parramatta and NZ Warriors are barely Ipswich Jets quality too?

Were they World Club Challenge games?

I would have thought that many Clubs have blow outs in a season.

The Cowboys draw players from FNQ, none in my count come from below Rockhampton, its a fare bit closer to Townsville than Brisbane.

Rockhampton is where I drew the line as well and I got 7 so I disagree with your figure.
