Damien Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 I saw this by the RFL and thought that it was a great initiative with some really good resources to help and engage with children through the lockdown: https://www.rugby-league.com/community_game#active I may give the RFL stick but its only fair to acknowledge when they do well and this is a great job.
Dunbar Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 That's excellent stuff... really well thought through and produced. "The history of the world is the history of the triumph of the heartless over the mindless." — Sir Humphrey Appleby. "If someone doesn't value evidence, what evidence are you going to provide to prove that they should value it? If someone doesn't value logic, what logical argument could you provide to show the importance of logic?" — Sam Harris

All of the links to the YouTube clips are very impressive and well done too. Its really informative and a great way to engage with children and catch their attention. This is the kind of stuff that the RFL should be churning out.

Err.... Where is there 45-50 year old section of this? Can't believe the RFL have let us all down again
HarrogateKnights Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 To be fair on top of this the community club communication has been spot on. When Harrogate was in Tier 1 back in September/October they gave us all the information needed to play safely and what they were comfortable in us doing right up to the most recent lockdown. We stopped activity as we were increased to Tier 2 for Christmas but they were great with several clubs zoom calls to discuss any issues that you might have.
