I hope he gets a reasonable amount of game time. The one or two State of Origin games will not be enough. Injuries to either Cody Walker or Adam Reynolds are his main hope of significant game time I would think.

Anyway, I do hope that he proceeds successfully with his media career at Fox League, probably alongside James Graham. Those two are extremely popular guest player commentators, much loved by the resident Australian media commentators. Benji is particularly admired for the gracious and humble way he publicly handled being dropped by the Wests Tigers coach during the season. He will probably be making more than $100,000 a year at Fox League if he becomes a permanent presence there.

Should have wait a bit. Rumours over this way is that the Warriors Skipper have switch codes to follow his AB dream. Maybe we need a leader here at the Warriors and Benji is well respected by all here.

Roger Tuivasa-Sheck will play for the Warriors in 2021.

If he switches to rugby union it will be in 2022, in order to try to qualify for the All Blacks in the 2023 RU World Cup. Benji will have retired by then, and will be a major commentator for Fox League in Sydney. Benji's articulateness and thoughtfulness (qualities which few league players possess) plushis sense of humour, and his humble style will guarantee that he is on the air for years to come.

About time as well that we have someone of Polynesian background in the commentator panels. Im sure the percentage of NRL players with Pacific Islander and Maori background will be closing in on 50% if it hasn't already.

Interesting signing for the Rabbitohs.

They already have a mercurial 6 in Cody Walker who, at his best, almost unstoppable.  I suppose Marshall provides some back up.

What the Rabbitohs really need though is a world class 7.  Adam Reynolds flatters to decieve, he hardly ever takes the line on and lives off his kicking game... all the best 7's have far more to their game than Reynolds.
