A positive end to a season that saw around 3,000 players registered including over 2,000 junior players.

Great news for my local club, their second appearance in the grand final.

I hope they can go one better this year and bring home the trophy.

A big ask. A lot of former League One players in that Couga… Jets team!

There’s some good numbers playing in Wales by the looks of it. Are Salford the only club that have linked up to provide junior pathways and do either of the 2 Welsh clubs have any systems in place to bring juniors through?

Three Welsh lads played for London Broncos reserves last week. 
 

u16s captain just signed for Warrington academy.

It’s not necessarily exclusive ground for Salford.

North Wales Crusaders only semi-pro team in Wales. They do some junior work in the community.

I still had WWR in my head. Are there any plans for a new semi pro club in South Wales?

Not that I’m aware of. The focus nowadays is on the pathways in place which seem to be working well.

Hopefully in a few years time Wales will have a big portion of their squad playing regular SL
