Sorry to have to post bad news once again but Peter Lavelle, another good friend of mine and many more, passed away suddenly during the night. Ex Heworth player in his youth and former barber, he was a Knights season ticket holder and member and was at the match on Sunday. He was a regular on the KSS site on Facebook.

Really sorry to hear this, glad I went across and said hello on Sunday, I first knew Peter when he was involved at Heworth and caught up again ,after many many years ,at the LNER where he sat across the aisle and a couple of rows down from me. Can’t believe it, he was on good form. Yet another of the old faithful gone.
