I think it might be a failed contestant in Portuguese master chef they were holding auditions nearby

I like the last one the best it highlights the delicate elegance of the bridge

As I've been unable to exercise for a few weeks whilst my wound from minor surgery heals, I've put a few evenings after work into visiting local(ish) landmarks. A couple of locations here that I'm sure at least people on the right side of the Pennines will recognise.

Cheers Chris. I do print things from time to time, though not that regularly. Last time I had any number of images printed was at Christmas last year as gifts. 

 

As it happens all three of these were aimed at printing, but from a slightly different angle - they're for a photography competition at work to get 12 shots to create a fundraising calendar for 2015, and also have displayed around the hospital to brighten the place up a bit.

I must have impressed the voting panel anyway, 2 of the 3 I submitted have been selected in the final 13!
