Following hindlexiii's excellent suggestion regarding the above, we have three unclaimed teams through to the knockout stages : Bosnia-Herzegovina, Cape Verde and Ghana. So I'll put the three unclaimed teams that qualified in one hat and the twelve participants above in another and will report back shortly!
