Apologies it was H4E
However, you also replied 12 minutes after my post went up.
Are the pair of you constantly on here?
I follow Haven obviously, but follow any Cumbrian RL, i read the your Forum and Barrows, but i do not get involved in the petty bickering. I enjoy a good crack about RL.
You will not get me going Back and Forward between Forums, saying He Said This and They Said That, its a bit pathetic really. But thats what some folk get off on, and unfortunately both culbs have them.
At the end of this season i hope both Town and Haven survive and Barrow get promoted, we need all 3 Cumbrian clubs in the Champ, for the good of RL In the county, anf for the bonus od getting a decent crowd when we play each other.
Was informed of the winners earlier marrrra, but couldnt resist a lal cast and a caught a biggan was the Fat Controller not up for one my sticky friend ?
I thought Veivers was in with a chance of getting Coach of the Year, the others had more Money, Bigger Squads and a Structure to work from. He came in from the cold, and turned you around in a Big Way. ( I bet you wish he had been there all season, Top 4 may have been achievable. )
So, let's have a look at the mess...
Last season, York and Whitehaven breached the rules (I've only seen this as a rumour, not official, but we'll go with it).
Batley and Doncaster cannot be punished because York and Whitehaven were not punished last season.
To me, they all need consequences. The absolute ridiculous conclusion of (well they got away with it so you have to) needs addressing somehow.
Baring in mind that Whitehaven finished 9th this season, could it not be a case of applying the points deduction for the following season? So Whitehaven would in fact be relegated, and Batley would start next year with 3 points deducted?
Or just deduct points from all of them now.
Apparently it's come to note that 6 teams broke the rules in the 2013 season, the 6 were warned, and ALL clubs were informed any further breaches would result in Disc Proceedings taking place.
Batley have No Defence, even their own fans were talking about on their forum before they even played the game were the offence took place.
It just needs the RFL to grow a pair, and make the right decision.
