... a great all-round performance in defence and attack from what I read, which cements 3rd place and a home tie.  With Barrow winning too, it comes down to next week to decide 2nd place and a visit to Toulouse on 17/9.  A win for us and loss by Barrow at Toulouse next Sat. and it's off to a promotion final in France we go....if so and York beat Donny mid week, they will finish 4th and would go to Barrow!).  Much to dwell on by all!

There was no sign of any slacking off at all we wil be going out for a win next wk, 4 -16 behind, and getting 16-16 at HT.Coping admirably with a one eyed ref. Our best game for a while. We are back in the game.

A good performance. In the first half we were hammered by a referee who seemed to miss a lot and then saw things nobody else did. For me the game breaker was when their winger broke away and seemed certain to score until Lewis Galbraith  bundled him into touch with a superb cover tackle. Good to see Dave Cookson back and scoring. Well done to all the lads.

Great all round performance today both in attack and defence, going into final stages think we need some stability in team selection, grows confidence in players rather than have them in and out.

Good win against an unpredictable side which sets things up nicely for a return to France for a final between the two top sides, which is how it should be.
