  1. Well done god bringing it back on track. Thought Hanley might have other teams interested in him as well
  2. Are they both ex Siddal players? There’s also Holroyd from Warrington
  3. Are there any other potential stars coming through at the moment for Wales?
  4. Was thinking about a similar (ish) theme regarding where current professional players are from. Is there a better pack all from one community club than this at the moment? This is a pack made up from Siddal in Halifax. Imagine if Halifax could tap into their local players if they got back into SL. Holroyd (Rhinos) Leeming (Wigan) Dupree (Wigan) Nicholson (Warrington) Gannon (Rhinos) Smithies (Canberra). Thats a pretty impressive pack all from the same community club in Halifax
  5. How is Lewis Murphy getting on? Any chance of him making his debut this season?
  6. It would be interesting to see the numbers. Wigan/Leigh, Leeds, Hull, Wakefield/Castleford would probably have the most I think
  7. The number of kids playing is definitely the most important statistic. These are the future fans and also where the pro clubs will get their players from. As for adults, formats such as touch, tag, X League and maybe even 9s might suit adults who can’t commit to the rigours of full contact or the time/travel on a Saturday
  8. Would be interesting to know which towns/cities do have the most RL clubs. I suppose there’s towns and the wider borough which can include more than 1 town. For example Kirklees includes Huddersfield, Dewsbury and Batley. I think Leeds would have the most but if relative to population then it’s probably Wigan
  9. Not a clue. I just wanted to know if junior numbers who are registered at clubs have decreased as part of these figures. I’ve re read it now and seen it’s just adults. Wonder if the amount of kids playing has increased or decreased
  10. Are these participation numbers just based on the amount of adults playing the game or does it include juniors too?
  11. Their production line is too good for that. A couple of good signing plus a few academy products each year will keep them at the top, just like Wigan
  12. Positive news. Hopefully the USARL keeps growing and even gets some support from the NRL and SL
  13. Hopefully this turns out to be a good move for him. I know it dilutes the SL, but I like watching Brits in the NRL. Do Saints have any young halves that could step up next season?
