1895 cup final spot vs finishing 6th
LINNERS replied to crashmon's topic in The General Rugby League Forum
Love to watch my team play at Wembley no matter what the circumstances. -
The opportunity of promotion is a nice thought but for the sake of the club I think the top end of the Championship is our ceiling, although you want to win every game you compete in, so it's a bit of a double edged sword. If we do make it to the semi, then I'd be happy with a competitive fixture between two great teams, whoever that may be.

1895 cup final spot vs finishing 6th

What about York, would they prioritise 6th spot over a cup final? Hopefully. -
We are a missed penalty kick away from being unbeaten in 10 league games.
-
I guess they had a break this week as they were broadcasting a couple of challenge cup games.
-
Hopefully with a sprinkling of cerise and fawn.
-
Come on guys, you've had your turn.
-
Considering his form in defence and getting over the try line, that would be a big miss.
-
They may live to regret that
-
But if that particular player isn't going to be in the 17 this weekend, then why not have him play a game elsewhere?
-
Better to let them play a couple of games out on loan so they are match ready for when we need them, rather than them getting splinters in their ######. Don't see the problem.
-
What a bizarre thing to say. Looking at the Championship table I'd put us joint 3rd, 2 points off second spot. Do you have us 9th bottom?
-
We're flying to bezier Saturday morning and back from Carcassonne on Sunday morning. No messing about.
-
Can you not at least get the score up on Teletext, Roger?
-
More so his ability to affect the game against a big pack.
-
Clutching at straws a bit saying they got away with it. They dominated first half and we were fortunate to only be 3 scores down. We had the better of the second half and the break away try against the run of play pretty much sealed the game.
