elppaxr2i
well done Batley, Leigh, like Fax were gone after not getting over the line when having repeated sets on the line, the gamble to rush an unfit Paul back has bombed massively Everything was gambled on tonight for them, i wonder what it will do to their confidence

Everything on the NRC. I would have thought that will be a massive blow. No ticky box yet for Leigh (or us for that matter)! "I love our club, absolutely love it". sidnee
Does winning the league 'ticky box' or is it grand final or NRC? The weak conform, the strong survive.

oldrover
thats right, playing a full season and finishing top of the pile is absolutely meaningless. joe mullaney is a god the only good tiger is a stuffed tiger
Robin Evans
aye. All it gets you is an easier trip through the play offs. Finish 6th and lose the GF = "I love our club, absolutely love it". (Overton, M 2007)
DMS
Well done Batley, coming good at the business end of the season. Cannot wait for our trip to Mount Pleasant, always my favourite away trip. "FEVVED UP AND RARING TO GO"
Mr Hammond
Looking at the team selection sunday to that of tonight it looks that way. Everything on the NRC. I would have thought that will be a massive blow. No ticky box yet for Leigh (or us for that matter)! At least 3 of there DCs tonight (can't remember who the 4th is), reckon Millward as called in a few favours to get Emmitt and the Wolves boys playing tonight. Good to see Tiger enjoying himself, always gives his all. Pure Green Heaven, Hammonds Mint Sauce

Terry Chimes
aye, NO Donlan, Ridyard, R. Paul, Bibey, Taylor, + the dual reg players. THURSDAY IS WHAT MATTERS, the league is 2nd choice, for now. Leigh's weaker team played poor today, but i'm not really bothered. We have won games with none or just 1 dual reg player playing for us, were you aware of that ? I've just wikipedia'd Leigh and some interesting people came from the town, here goes: Pete Shelley, Georgie Fame, James Hilton, Ian Millward, Paul Rowley, Budgezilla, can you hear my Budgzilla ? Your boys took one hell of a beating! Edited June 18, 2010 by Terry Chimes
