hindle xiii Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 Terrible decision. A poor player even after moving into the second row and a waste of a quota spot.
Viking Warrior Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 i despair of my club..........................i really do!! "Why is Napoleon crying ?" said one sailor to the other, "poor ###### thinks he's being exiled to st helens" came the reply. https://scontent-a-lhr.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn2/1455957_262746450543197_276002364_n.jpg
Bomb Jack Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 He's been terrible in the backs for us, scoring 2 tries in over 40 games! He's been better in recent weeks, since moving into the second row..... Widnes - Cheshire's Original Glamour Club.
aceaceace Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 Its fair to say he's been outstanding the last few weeks in the backrow not just good. His minutes, hit ups and tackle percentage show that. I do think people got hung up on his errors more so than the other backs too. A quite expected Denis re-signing really. Carries on the continuity of the squad and gives us a pretty wide coverage of positions in reserve. The only real issue is that he takes our final non-fed spot. A short deal until Cahill loses his exemption at the end of the year and needs either Willie or Galea's non-fed spot is probably more the reason.
Bomb Jack Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 (edited) I do think people got hung up on his errors more so than the other backs too. His lack of Tries was worse than his high error count in my opinion. Edited September 10, 2013 by Bomb Jack Widnes - Cheshire's Original Glamour Club.
hindle xiii Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Perhaps Betts is hoping he'll mature year on year. Fnar fnar.
longboard Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Will he be on the same salary next year - ie is he a fixed rate Isa?
