Every four years is fine. We need to look to more host countries and spread it beyond Europe and Australia/New Zealand. 

For that the international calendar needs sorting and we could see more nations emerge.

Yes .. that was the idea.

plan over 2 cycles .. so there are balanced home and away tours …

And yes, PNG / Tonga / Samoa / Fiji mixed in

Although, if I had the cash to make it happen …

I’d add a 2 week window in April or maybe Feb(if it had to be)... to play France once a year (rotate home and way) plus one of the Island teams …
