John  Kear is a legend - he lives, breathes and bleeds the game - more time with top clubs and he would have been our very  own wayne bennett - but top clubs too ready to get overseas coaches as quick fixes or not as it often turns out over the SL era - coaches dont take the field or write the cheques - he has worked wonders from the dugouts over the years with limited resources - great RL man through and through - viva JK

I agree with all you say about Kear's qualities but he has coached 8 clubs and three national sides over 30 years. If he hasn't learned all he could then he was never going to.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.
