Think we are helped with gaps after next couple of games plus they are"winnable' if there is such a thing.

The next coach again needs to be long term not just a fix to get to SL. If experienced add an upcoming coach along side him to work with them eventually take over.

I agree with all you say about Kear's qualities but he has coached 8 clubs and three national sides over 30 years. If he hasn't learned all he could then he was never going to.
